God's Country

While the kids were doing their morning chores Dave and I went for a little drive around town. Here are some of the pictures that I took at Fort Sherman, where Lake Coeur d'Alene runs into the Spokane River. It was just so beautiful that I had to share it with all of you. Again like I've said before, "We are so best to live in such wonderful beautiful place". Yes even with all the snow!!

Eagle Watching

While we were out driving around today to see how bad the roads were and to do some business in town Dave drove us out to watch for Eagles. They come every Dec and Jan to the lake. And last year when they came we really couldn't get any good shots but today was another story. There were three Eagles this trip and there are probably a hundred that come through here so I just decided to post these two pictures. They are so beautiful and you should see them catch their fish in Lake Coeur d'Alene, it's amazing to watch. We are very blessed to live here in Northern Idaho.

The first snow fun

Well after almost a week of the weatherman saying the snow is coming, it finally arrived. And
now the kids are loving it. All five have been out playing in it this morning but Zachies snow fun was short lived....it is kinda hard to be two and play in the snow with out gloves. Unfortunately daddy's at work with the truck and that's where the gloves are. So now me and little man are inside watching Santa Clause 1 and staying warm. This is probably the only snow pictures with kids for awhile...a deep freeze is coming along with wind so we all will be staying warm inside this
week. Here are some pictures of this morning, hope you all enjoy!!
