Another birthday party down.....

We are good for the girls birthdays for this year. You think I would be use to having 3 birthdays within a month of each other...yeah I'm not...LOL Still stressful, trying to make sure everything goes smoothly while dealing with all the different personalities in the house. Well it went pretty well I think....cake and ice cream, presents and a bunch of girls being girlie...oh yeah also throw in there a 12 yr old brother and snow......equals snowballs being thrown at him. They all had fun and now mom and dad get to relax watch TV while the girls (2 xtra) watch High School Musical 3 down stairs.

making her wish......

Trinity and Alexis laughing while she struggles with the wrapping paper....lol Good job Alexis wrapping it.

A really funny card from Alexis as well...we all got a good laugh...hahaha

And all together in the living room.
Until next year..........

The 13 Colonies.......

Last night was Trinity's 5Th grade school performance and it was about....Yep you guest it...The 13 Colonies. They all did a great job! It was kind of funny though, it was the same performance that Tristian did last year and they both were Indians. So now we won't have to watch this same program again until Savannah our 2ND grader hits the 5Th grade...Yeah a break....LOL
Here is Trinity in the middle with her left side facing us.
and here she is towards the left with the necklace on......

And then here's our little man Zach Attack stealing the Music Teachers chair before the began. We got front row right in the middle of the stage and right beyond the blue curtain was a bunch of excited and nervous kids. Zachie entertained until they started. It was a great night......

Happy Birthday to our Trinity

11 years ago today our oldest daughter Trinity was born. We love you baby and we hope you have a great Birthday Party this weekend!!

Here is a picture of Trinity with Savannah, unfortunately I don't a baby picture of her on my computer but this one is when she 4 yrs old.
And here she is 11 years old, turning into a beautiful young lady. We are so blessed to have you, thank you for just being you!!!!

I will be free of worry and anxiety........

When I went to church yesterday with my dear friend Alicia. The sermon was about worrying and anxiety. It always seems that whenever I go to Church that it seems like the Pastor has had his ear to our wall/door. It was Part 2 of Wrestling with Anxiety. With the economy these days, employment situations and just financial stress that comes with a large family and being married and my health. He hit it right on the head. There was a verse that has stuck in my head and that is what I am focusing on and praying about.

Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today. (Matthew 6: 33-34)

For those of you that know me, know that I am a worrier. I worry over things so much that I truly feel like it makes me sick. I ask myself if I really know the difference between NEEDS and WANTS....... Just for me to realise that God will provide me and my family with our needs, it's a lot to let go of that control when you are a control driven person, which I am.

Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)

Now I try and let my worries go and let God do his job....because I believe.......

Bird's need to eat too

They say that the month of February is the worst month for Birds to find food. So the I had the kids make a Honey Nut Cheerio bird feeder. We are going to be making another type tomorrow once I get to the store to buy birdseed. Stay tuned.

The finished project outside.

A stroll to the park...

I thought me and Vader along with all the kids would go to the Park today. Here are some pictures of them playing. It is still very cold here barely hitting 30. So needless to say we didn't stay to long. They all had fun and I enjoyed getting out of the house and breathing some fresh air.

Savannah's Offical Day!!

Happy 8th Birthday to our Miss Savannah!!! She has the biggest heart that I have ever seen a child to have. My sensitive loving young lady. She is our middle child and my quickest delivery within 45 mins. My doctor was going to send me home because he didn't think I was in labor yet....omgoodness he was sooo wrong, as she came right out while I laid back on the bed with all of my stuff still packed up...no nurse or anything. She has been special since the day she was born because also she shares Aunt Lala's birthday too!!!

A busy hectic day but good one!

The run down of the plans today...went as follows....
1- Pick up the house for visitors
2- Take Savannah and Sierra to Spokane for Build A Bear
3- Run by the Credit Union
4- Hurry back home to finish the house and get ready for the Birthday Party.

Actual happenings of the day
1- Had kids running around cleaning up.....
2- Took the girls to Build A Bear.....
3- Got locked out of our truck at the Spokane Valley Mall.....an hour later we were on the way to...
4- The Credit Union.....mind you it starting snowing again while at the Mall...ugh
5- Hurry home to finish up the house, realized there was NO Cake.....ugh again
6- Ran to store to quickly pick up a Big enough Cake and have their names put on it
7- Finally home and done .......It never goes the way it is suppose to, ya know I should be use to it.....LOL

So as you know Sierra's 5th Birthday was actually back in January. We decided to hold off her party and do it with Savannah's today. Aunt Lala and I took the two Birthday girls to Build A Bear where they go every year (at least we started that last year). They of course had a great time!!! Savannah had some friends from the neighborhood/school and all seemed to really enjoy themselves. It's now 9pm all is quiet, lights all off except the table light on my night stand as I sit here typing away...awwww. Oh yeah and the kids are all in bed already....shhh.....nice and quiet.

Happy Valentines Day!!!

Thank you honey and I Love You!!!

Ugh Layoff's...enough already.....

Well we can now officially say that the country's layoff's are hitting us close to home now. No Dave has not been let go but they have started laying off people and are cancelling classes and there is now a hiring freeze. So needless to say we're nervous, scared and anxious. We have been thinking about what our options are.... we're praying and looking for the right answers. More of our thoughts later on this... I need to go get dinner started.

Not much happening here

I know some of you that follow my blog are saying "when is she going to blog again".....lol Well I haven't blogged lately because there hasn't been much happening around here. The kids and I are cleaning the house today from top to bottom which I am thinking about 10 rooms and also doing a ton of laundry. It seems that know matter how much laundry I do daily we are never done with it...ugh. I also went grocery shopping yesterday at Albertsons and saved $95.00 and the day before we went to Spokane to Rosauers and they had a huge cereal sale and all there cereal's were $1.79 a box so we bought enough to last awhile and saved $115.00. The things I get excited about....LOL

The older two kids got new beds which Dave went and picked up yesterday so we'll hopefully be putting those together this weekend. So Savannah and Sierra will have their own beds again, they have had to share for the last month or so. They are really excited.

See I told you there isn't much going on here. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. It's not a bad thing it's just been relaxing.

So I am off to go clean clean and more clean. It's my work out for the day.....LOL While we all jam to Taylor Swift.

Letting out some frustration

So what do you do after you lose a Superbowl game??? Yep you box!! Trinity wanted to challenge Brian to some Wii Boxing.

Getting warmed up

And Trinity wins!!!!

And then there's the Superbowl....ugh

I don't have much to say about the game except that it was close. Most know we are for the Cardinals just because we HATE the Steelers since cheating three years ago when the Seahawks were at the Superbowl. Well this picture is when there was just over 2 minutes left of the game and we thought he had it won, well we were clearly wrong. They were all texting about the Cards scoring then at the end of the game all the cells got shut off as the messages came flowing...lol Oh yeah and the commericals were great!!
Brian, Lala and Debbie thinking we had it won (texting all their friends_

Zachie being a dork

Sierra's turn

I think the 3D glasses were the hit for the kids...lol
