Ugh Layoff's...enough already.....
Well we can now officially say that the country's layoff's are hitting us close to home now. No Dave has not been let go but they have started laying off people and are cancelling classes and there is now a hiring freeze. So needless to say we're nervous, scared and anxious. We have been thinking about what our options are.... we're praying and looking for the right answers. More of our thoughts later on this... I need to go get dinner started.

I know it's not easy... Tim's company owners slash their salaries in half in order to keep their employees. Which is very generous of them. Wish other companies will follow in suite... slash the CEO, Manager, and Asst Manager salaries where they can live by means instead of material things. Allow other employees to work. No pay increase until company starts to make profit.
