First and for most we are so very glad to announce our Savannah has not gotten sick since the beginning of May which is a big deal. She was however diagnosed with Hepatitis A and the doctors believe she contracted back in January when she first got sick, and they believe it has just taken her this long to fight it all. Which is normally takes 6 weeks not 6 months. She is on medicine daily to help her also. But as of now (the end of July) things are looking good for her and there hasn’t been anymore ER trips. Thank you Jesus for answering our prayers.
My parents came for another visit from Washington and when they left they took Tristian with them so he could have a mini vacation from his siblings and oh yeah parents!! LOL It was a good visit but too short as usual. Then Me and Dad and Savannah went to Silverwood Theme Park here in Northern Idaho, went with her class as a special day planned for them. It was great fun and here are a few pictures of that day.Savannah right before to big wooden Roller Coaster Ride......
Then our baby boy turned 4 years old. I can’t believe that 4 years ago June 30th that our youngest was born. It seems like yesterday yet it feels like forever ago…..if that makes any sense….. We are so blessed to have him and he totally completes our big family. I love the day to day things this little/big man has to say. You can carry on a conversation with him like he was a grown man. It’s so funny!! I love you my little man!!! Well Zachie’s birthday came and went and we finally celebrated it when we met up with Tristian again the following week when we met up my parents at their new property in Central Washington the first week of July. We got their on a Thursday sent up camp which included a total of three tents including Tristian’s tent, my parents 5th wheel and a couple other little tents for storage. All I can say it was oh so very dry and hot, yet again it is in the middle of the dessert, what else was I expecting.
The very next day we all with Grandma and Papa in their truck drove to The Grand Coulee Dam which was about 50 miles north of us on a itty bitty country road. When we got there it was amazing to see. We drove and parked up towards the top and took some pictures, (we were all to sore and tired to make the walk up to the top of the dam). So we drove down the road further to the Museum and took a tour through that. We were all surprised to see what it actually took to build it and just the history behind it. It was pretty neat to see all the history.
Dave and I and the kids were going to go on tour through the dam itself but we didn’t have a booster seat for Sierra so we couldn’t go in their van. So we ended up leaving and driving back a different way then we went originally went. My parents left before we did because they had things to do in Ephrata before heading back to their property. We went to Steamboat Rock State Park which is on Banks Lake. It was so pretty there and of course I took some more pictures. All was fun until Tristian kicked his younger sister in the face and she broke out in tears and then we packed up and headed back to camp.
After we got back to the property we celebrated Zachie’s 4th Birthday with cake and opening of gifts. He was so surprised to see his new bike, it’s actually a boys bike not his sisters bike that she has out grown, but he never really cared about that anyways. We left that Saturday to come home and then the next day the 4th of July was a great day as well!!!!
HAPPY 4TH BIRTHDAY BIG BOY MOMMA & DADDA ARE SO VERY PROUD OF YOU!!!!
soon to follow with be the other half of all this fun and with my sissy of course......
